This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for! I was considering the Chrosziel Zoom Motor, but it was $2k just for the motor! For long form events, camcorders or ENG cameras are the best choice, however if you want the best low light or use a better lens, there are no LANC controls that are plug and play. This is the primary benefit of this set up. The Zoom motor control can be placed on the tripod head handle and can be used with one hand. This has a higher torque motor than the nucleus motors but has such smooth controls, you can get the super slow cinematic zoom! I was so impressed with it that I bought two for my Sony FX30 setups. My only complaint is the auto calibration doesn’t work too well so I just manually calibrate the motors.

The benefit of wired control is that there will be no signal issues on location, and the controller can be operated by clipping it onto the gimbal handle. It's also very easy to set up, and the zoom is very smooth during on-site shooting.
